Knorr-Bremse AG has withdrawn from the capital of the Knorr-Bremse Kama joint venture. Until now, the share of the German investor in the company was 50%, but now the sole owner of KAMAZ PJSC is reflected in the tax inspection database. This is reportedVesti KAMAZ.

At the same time, KAMAZ became the sole owner of the KAMAZ Braking Systems company, the operational management of which is carried out by the general director of Knorr-Bremse Kama, Manfred Kindermann.

LLC "Knorr-Bremse Kama systems for commercial vehicles" has been engaged in the production of braking systems for freight transport in Naberezhnye Chelny since 2007. By the end of 2021, the joint venture's revenue amounted to 3.6 billion rubles, net profit – 184.4 million rubles. The authorized capital is 138.5 million rubles.
