Alcor & Co. became the owner of 100% of Taber Trade in July 2022. This is evidenced by the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
As of January 28, 2020, the participants of Taber Trade were: Alcor & Co. (90%), Dmitry Tamurka (5%) and Pavel Smirnov (5%). The register also says that before that, as of October 31, 2019, the owners of the company were Dmitry Tamurka (10%), Pavel Smirnov (10%) and Tatiana Tarasova (90%).
In the autumn of the same 2019, it became known that the FAS of Russia received a request from Alcor and Co. to consent to the acquisition of 100% of the participation shares that make up the authorized capital of Taber Trade LLC.
