The Leningrad region sells shares of Ust-Luga Company JSC belonging to the region. This is reported by the regional state property management committee.
The starting price is 226.6 million rubles. The region offers to purchase 15.469 thousand shares, which is 20.99% of all shares of the company. Applications for participation in the electronic auction will be accepted until November 20. The auction will take place on November 28.
The main areas of the company's work include the lease of land and engineering structures in the seaport of Ust-Luga, the largest in terms of cargo handled in the Baltic Sea, as well as the construction of various facilities in this area.
