Lenta has sent a notification for the automatic conversion of GDR

Lenta has sent a notification to Raiffeisenbank JSC (the custodian of the company), in which a depository program depot account has been opened within the framework of the global depositary receipts program for ordinary shares of the MCPAO, about the need to take actions aimed at obtaining the holders of the company's GDRs, the rights to which are accounted for in Russian depositories, the corresponding number of ordinary shares of the MCPAO. This is stated in the message of the retailer.

Raiffeisenbank will automatically convert the company's GDRs, the rights to which are registered in Russian depositories, into ordinary shares of Lenta in accordance with the procedure and terms established by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia dated July 22, 2022.

For the company's GDRs, the rights to which are registered in foreign depositories, forced conversion is possible upon the application of their holders, which must be sent to Raiffeisenbank by October 12, 2022. The Company recommends that GDR holders wishing to exercise the right of forced conversion contact the bank to clarify the procedure and details of such conversion.

EBITDA decreased by 11.8% to RUB 15.4 billion.
