Loading on the Moscow Railway in January-September 2025 fell by 17.3% to 40.7 million tons compared to a year earlier. This is stated in the company's message.
Cargo turnover increased by 1.5% and amounted to 65 billion tariff tonne-kilometers.
Loading of iron and manganese ore fell by 13% to 10.1 million tons, oil and petroleum products — by 18.6% to 8.2 million tons, grain — by 67% to 1.1 million tons. Loading of chemical and mineral fertilizers increased by 12.3% to 4.7 million tons.
Recall that loading on the Russian Railways network in January-September 2025 fell by 6.7% to 830.2 million tons compared to a year earlier.

The net profit of Russian Railways holding in 2024 according to IFRS amounted to 50.7 billion rubles against 170.08 billion rubles a year earlier. The reduction is 70%. The total revenues of the holding increased by 9.2% to RUB 3.29 trillion.
