MegaFon's Board of Directors recommended that shareholders pay dividends for 9 months of 2025 at the rate of 20.2 rubles per ordinary share. This is stated in the company's message.
The Board of Directors recommended that the net profit earned in the first 9 months of 2025 in the amount of 12.45 billion rubles be allocated for the payment of dividends; the retained earnings of previous years in the amount of 74.4 million rubles.
The date of the shareholders' meeting is December 11, 2025.
Earlier, the company decided to pay dividends for the first half of 2025 in the amount of 13.677 billion rubles. 22.06 rubles were accrued per share.
PJSC MegaFon (TIN 7812014560) was founded in 1993 as CJSC Northwestern GSM, and in 2002 it was renamed OJSC MegaFon. The company is the second largest mobile operator in the Russian Federation. MegaFon's subsidiaries operate in Tajikistan, Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
MegaFon's net profit for the first half of 2025 fell by 36.17% to RUB 17.148 billion from RUB 26.866 billion a year earlier. Revenue increased by 8.6% to 241.254 billion rubles from 222.145 billion rubles, OIBDA increased by 8.8% to 106.979 billion rubles from 98.322 billion rubles.

The number of Internet visits by many operators continued to decrease. The growth in September was recorded by only two operators. Thus, the average daily number of subscribers for October 2025 at Corbin Telecom increased by 37.7% compared to October 2024, and at Rostelecom — by 5.9%. At the same time, the "daughter" of the state operator T2 (Tele2) had an average daily number of subscribers decreased by 29.5% compared to the same indicator in 2024, MTS — by 17.7%, VimpelCom's number of subscribers dropped by a noticeable 51.5%. A drop was also recorded at ER-Telecom — by 4.2%, and at MegaFon — by 24.4%.
