MegaFon's Board of Directors recommended that shareholders allocate the net profit generated by the results of the first half of 2026 in the amount of 10.199 billion rubles for the payment of dividends based on the results of the first half of 2026. This is stated in the company's message.
It is recommended to pay 16.45 rubles per share.
It is also proposed to define September 21, 2026 as the date on which the persons entitled to receive dividends are determined.
Earlier, MegaFon paid dividends for the first quarter of 2026 by 9.759 billion rubles, as well as 5.4 billion rubles for 2025.

MegaFon's net profit for the first half of 2026 according to RAS increased by 11.5% to RUB 19.7 billion from RUB 17.68 billion a year earlier. Revenue increased by 8.5% to RUB 215.06 billion from RUB 198.2 billion, gross profit increased by 4% to RUB 98.6 billion from RUB 94.55 billion.
