PJSC MegaFon and USM Telecom have established Digital Invest, according to Russia's Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The company was registered on August 6. Its authorized capital is RUB 500,000. Yuri Yaroshevsky is appointed as its CEO.
The core business of Digital Invest LLC is the activity of holding companies. Additionally, the company is engaged, among others, in the development of computer software.
PJSC MegaFon (tax number: 7812014560) established in 1993 as CJSC North-West GSM and renamed as OJSC MegaFon in 2002, is currently the second largest mobile operator in the Russian Federation providing services to more than 69 million subscribers. MegaFon's subsidiaries are operating in Tajikistan, Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
