PJSC Metcombank reduced its stake in PJSC ROSSETI Ural to 17.7127% from 20.0002%. The change occurred on December 18, the company said.
Metcombank is a Ural bank, established in 1993 in the city of Kamensk-Uralsky. The founders and the first clients of the credit institution were metallurgical plants, the main enterprises of the city.
In addition to servicing corporate clients, the bank works with individuals and enterprises related to small and medium-sized businesses, providing lending services, as well as settlement and cash services.
Branches and additional offices are located in Yekaterinburg, Kamensk-Uralsky, Moscow, Saratov.
PJSC ROSSETI Ural (formerly IDGC of the Urals) is a Russian energy company, a subsidiary of PJSC ROSSETI.
ROSSETI Group is an electric grid holding company that provides electricity to consumers in 82 regions of Russia. 2.6 million km of power transmission lines and electrical substations with a total capacity of 886 thousand MVA are under management. More than 80% of the total electricity generated in the country is transmitted through the ROSSETI Group's networks.
The group consists of 45 subsidiaries and affiliated companies, including 18 network companies. The total number of staff is about 235 thousand people.
The controlling shareholder of the parent company, PJSC ROSSETI, is the State represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management.
