MGKL Group's revenue increased 2.6 times in the first five months of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. The forecast revenue figure may amount to 6.9 billion rubles, which exceeds the result of 10 months of 2024. Such preliminary results were reported by the company.
The number of retail customers of the group amounted to 96 thousand people, an increase of 16%. The total portfolio of pawnbroking loans and resale goods increased 1.5 times to 2.1 billion rubles.
The share of goods stored in the portfolio for more than 90 days was 9% compared to 15% a year earlier.
The Mosgorlombard Group, represented by the parent company MGKL PJSC, includes the following legal entities: pawnbroking business — Avto-Lombard Equivalent LLC, Lombard Platinum LLC; retail — Resale LLC, Glavmostorg LLC; the secondary precious metals market — LOT-Gold VAT LLC. MGKL PJSC owns a 100% stake in the authorized capital of each company.
MGKL's net profit under IFRS for 2024 increased by 50% to 393.36 million rubles. compared to 262.15 million rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased 4-fold to 8.7 billion rubles from 2.2 billion rubles. EBITDA increased by 50% to RUB 1.18 billion.
