Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Federal Security Service, and the Autonomous Non-Governmental Organization Digital Economy to update the Communications Industry Development Strategy until 2035, taking into account changes in external and internal economic conditions. This will be announced on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
In particular, a number of orders are aimed at expanding the production of Russian computing power and supporting the radio electronics industry. Thus, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Finance will prepare proposals aimed at stimulating purchases of first- and second-level radioelectronic products, that is, completely domestic products and domestic products for the production of which foreign components were used.
The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development, the FSTEC and the FSB will determine the requirements for the cloud infrastructure needed to host corporate systems recognized as critical information infrastructure facilities.
In addition, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education and Science, the FSTEC and the FSB will consider creating a center for comparative analysis of information security tools to strengthen counteraction to new cyber threats and ensure the security of the country's digital ecosystem.
The departments will prepare a roadmap for the implementation of a project to export Russian goods and solutions using digital platforms. In particular, measures should be developed to protect against the sale of counterfeit products. We are talking about creating a verified supply chain based on marketplaces using technologies for tracking the origin of goods to ensure their authenticity.
The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Customs Service will formulate proposals on organizing a pilot project on the use of digital platforms to provide customs authorities with documentation on goods necessary for importers.
