Bank DOM.RF has put up for auction land plots for the construction of at least 3.7 thousand square meters of housing. This is reported on the DOM.RF website.
The auction for the right to conclude an integrated territory development agreement (CDT) for a 1.51-hectare site in Ulan-Ude (Republic of Buryatia) will be held on March 6.
The deadline for accepting applications for participation in the auction will last until March 2. The starting price of the right to conclude a CRT contract is 0.66 million rubles.
Bank DOM.RF is a financial institution for development in the housing sector of Russia, and is the operator of a number of government support programs.
