Starting from July 28, 2025, the Moscow Stock Exchange will increase the number of foreign securities for over-the-counter transactions with unlisted shares with settlements through a central counterparty (CC). This is reported on the exchange's website.
The service for concluding over-the-counter transactions with shares with settlements through the Central Committee began operation in April 2023. Over-the-counter transactions with shares of unlisted companies, as well as with shares listed on the Moscow Stock Exchange, are available to users.
You can submit offers and conclude deals from 06:50 to 23:50 MSK. Qualified investors can purchase and sell securities, while unqualified investors can only sell securities.
