Moscow has put up for auction the right to build six non-capital sports facilities in the VAO, SEAO, ZelAO and TiNAO. This was announced by the Moscow City Hall.
The winners will receive land plots for rent and will be able to erect collapsible structures on them with an area of almost 1.9 to 6.7 thousand square meters. m. Contracts with investors will be signed for 3 years. During construction, entrepreneurs must take into account the architectural appearance of the surrounding buildings. The structures under construction can occupy up to 70% of the site area and not exceed two floors.
