Moscow from January to August 2023 sold at auction 70 land plots for individual housing construction (IHS) and commercial use. This was reported by the Moscow City Hall.
Thus, Muscovites and entrepreneurs purchased and leased at auctions 12 objects for commercial use and 58 for the construction of private houses.
The highest level of competition was recorded at auctions for the lease and sale of land for residential housing. On average, 10 participants applied for each lot.
