Moscow will put up for auction the right to redevelop an inefficiently used site in Zyablikov. Investments in the implementation of the project will amount to almost 8.3 billion rubles. This was announced by the Moscow City Hall.
The total area of the plot on Yaseneva Street is 1.43 hectares. The territory is located in the Southern Administrative District, near the metro stations "Zyablikovo" and "Krasnogvardeyskaya". 26.95 thousand square meters of public and business real estate were built on the Buda site. The project also provides for landscaping and the construction of new roads. The annual budget effect will be about 263 million rubles.
