Mosenergo resumed publication of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and RAS. This is stated in the company's message.
The company's revenue under IFRS for the first quarter of 2026 increased by 30.8% to 118.359 billion rubles from 90.455 billion rubles a year earlier. Profit increased by 20% to RUB 13.73 billion from RUB 11.4 billion.
RAS revenue for the first quarter of 2026 increased by 31% to RUB 118.16 billion from RUB 90.23 billion a year earlier. Net profit increased by 26% to 13.05 billion rubles from 10.34 billion rubles.
No dividends due to the parent company were declared for the three months ended March 31, 2026 and March 31, 2025.
The extraordinary shareholders' meeting on February 19, 2026 did not make a decision on the distribution of profits, including the announcement of dividends based on the results of operations for 2024. The amount of unclaimed dividends declared based on the group's results of operations for 2021 amounted to 155 million rubles.
As of March 31, 2026, the debt on dividends in the amount of 184.548 million rubles is reflected in the RAS report.
The approval by the shareholders' meeting of the amount of annual dividends per share for 2025 is scheduled for June 2026.

The IFRS report for the first quarter of 2026 states that the issue income in the amount of 48.661 billion rubles represents an excess of the amount of funds received from the issue of the authorized capital over its nominal value of 49.22 billion rubles, minus operating costs of 7 million rubles. In addition, a negative result from the subsequent sale of treasury shares purchased from shareholders in the amount of 552 million rubles was recognized as part of the issue income.
Gazprom Energoholding LLC (the direct parent company) owns 53.85% of shares of PJSC Mosenergo as of March 31, 2026. Gazprom PJSC is the ultimate parent company (in turn controlled by the Russian Federation).
