MTS Exolve launches a new AI communications analytics service. The solution will help companies analyze customer interactions, improve service, and develop products based on data obtained from customer conversations. This is stated in the company's message.
The service is based on analytics tools that combine telecom data with a business context. The platform turns calls and messages into structured analytics, showing how the customer's path goes from the first contact to the final transaction. This allows a business to identify recurring requests from customers and understand the reasons for losing transactions, fix bugs in time, and find growth points and improve products using AI analysis of dialogues.
The company notes that speech analytics and monitoring of customer requests help businesses respond to communication problems twice as quickly: they notice an increase in missed calls, a decrease in conversions, or an increase in the number of complaints. In addition, the service helps you identify the most effective sales scenarios, predict campaign results, and scale successful practices. All data is automatically integrated with the companies' CRM and analytical systems.
