MTS' profit for 2025 amounted to 35.3 billion rubles

The profit attributable to MTS shareholders for 2025 amounted to 35.3 billion rubles. Revenue increased by 14.7% to 807.2 billion rubles from 703.7 billion rubles, OIBDA increased by 13.5% to 279.7 billion rubles from 246.4 billion rubles. This was announced by the company.

Profit for the fourth quarter of 2025 increased 15.5 times to 21.5 billion rubles from 1.4 billion rubles compared to a year earlier.

Revenue increased by 16.4% to 222.5 billion rubles from 191.2 billion rubles.

Telecom segment revenue increased by 12.3% to 135 billion rubles, advertising business — by 26.4% to 21.6 billion rubles, MWS — by 5.8% to 19.5 billion rubles.

OIBDA increased by 18.9% to 71.8 billion rubles. The good growth dynamics of OIBDA is related to the optimization of operating expenses and is supported by revenues from communication services, advertising and media areas.

PJSC Mobile TeleSystems (MTS, TIN 7740000076), together with its subsidiaries, serves about 100 million cellular subscribers. The authorized capital of MTS is 199.84 million rubles (1998381575 outstanding ordinary registered shares).

In March 2025, the AK&M Rating Agency confirmed MTS is the highest rating of sustainable development on the national scale "A++".

In addition, by the end of 2024, MTS is among the leaders of the fifth ranking of responsibility to society and the fifth ranking of the carbon footprint of the largest Russian companies.
