Nakhodka Commercial Sea Port completed loading of equipment for the Ruppur NPP (Bangladesh) on August 10. The components were overloaded from the berth of the port to the ship "Univizdom" with a carrying capacity of 10 thousand tons. This is stated in the message of the port.

At the beginning of November 2021, the nuclear container ship Sevmorput of FSUE Atomflot (an enterprise of the Rosatom State Corporation) with the general cargo for the NPP left the port of St. Petersburg in the direction of the port of Nakhodka. On the container ship "Sevmorput" there were 1.4 thousand tons of components, which were partially unloaded to the dock of the Nakhodka MTP.

Then the nuclear container ship went on a raid to Vladivostok. From there, the remaining part of the cargo arrived by barge to the port of Nakhodka and with the help of a unique floating crane with a capacity of 150 tons from the barge, the components were successfully reloaded to the dock of the Nakhodka MTP. All components, packed in a special film to protect against precipitation, were stored at the dock of the port.

Thus, acting as a transit platform, the port for the first time became a participant in the project for the development of the Northern Sea Route. The arrival of the vessel "Univisdom" in Bangladesh is expected in September.
