Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the sale of FSUE NAMI of more than 2 million shares of PJSC Ural Plant of Automotive and Textile Products (Asbestos) and 63.88 thousand shares of JSC Plant of Friction and Heat-resistant Materials (Yaroslavl). The relevant decree has been published on the portal of legal acts.
We must transfer the shares of the plants to Transresurs LLC at a price not lower than the market price. The Government has been instructed to ensure the execution of the decree within three months.
Recall that in 2023, the court seized shares of Yaroslavl JSC "Plant of Friction and Heat-resistant Materials" from the owners at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office.
