The net profit of PJSC Nanosoft under IFRS for 2024 increased by 30.6% to 2.08 billion rubles from 1.596 billion rubles a year earlier. This is stated in the company's report.
Revenue increased by 16% to RUB 4.1 billion compared to RUB 3.5 billion. Revenue growth for its own products was 20%, and its share of total revenue reached 92%.
Revenue is mostly attributed to customers from the Russian Federation.
Gross profit increased by 22%, reaching 2.9 billion rubles, EBITDA increased by 22% to 1.8 billion rubles, adjusted EBITDA (EBITDAC) increased by 21% to 1.6 billion rubles.
As of December 31, 2024, the declared but unpaid dividends at the end of the year amounted to 44.25million rubles. (as of December 31, 2023 — 108.68 million rubles).
Nanosoft Development LLC (PJSC Nanosoft owns 100% of the LLC) acquired 766.996 million rubles in November and December 2024. 6.2 million shares of the company are held by the group's shareholders.
The members of the Board of Directors of Nanosoft Development LLC, being shareholders of Nanosoft PJSC, control 69.1% of the voting shares of PJSC (in 2023 — 71.98%). Since 2023, the director of the subsidiary Nanosoft Development LLC has also owned 0.3% of the voting shares in PJSC (he was not a shareholder until 2023).
In January 2025, the group sold the investment property, which was reclassified to assets for sale in 2024, for 59 million rubles.
Nanosoft (since April 10, 2025 — PJSC) is a Russian developer of engineering software: technologies for computer—aided design (CAD/CAD), information modeling (TIM/BIM) and maintenance of industrial and civil engineering facilities at all stages of the life cycle, as well as end-to-end digitalization of all production processes.
