By the end of 2025, the net profit of Bank DOM.RF grew by 73% and amounted to 73.3 billion rubles, assets increased by 20% and reached 4.3 trillion rubles. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The Bank continued to expand the geography of financed housing construction projects: by the end of the year, projects were being credited in 78 regions of Russia, the portfolio volume increased by 27% and amounted to 1.9 trillion rubles.
Bank DOM.RF JSC (until December 13, 2018, JSCB Rossiyskiy Kapital) finances housing construction projects using escrow accounts in all regions of the Russian Federation. The sole shareholder of JSC "Bank DOM.RF" is a joint-stock company "DOM.RF".
