Net profit of Inter RAO under IFRS for 9 months of 2021 increased by 37.3% to 78.8 billion rubles from 57.4 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased by 19.4% to 851.3 billion rubles from 713 billion rubles, operating profit - by 62.4% to 94.3 billion rubles from 58.1 billion rubles, EBITDA – by 38% to 119.4 billion rubles from 86.6 billion rubles. This was announced by the company.

Inter RAO (PJSC "Inter RAO UES", TIN 2320109650) was formed in May 1997 on the basis of the decision of the founder - JSC RAO UES of Russia, is the largest operator of electricity export and import in Russia, manages numerous energy assets in the Russian Federation and abroad. The authorized capital of Inter RAO is RUB 293.34 billion and is divided into 10440000997683 ordinary shares with a par value of RUB 0.02809767 each.

Net profit of Inter RAO under IFRS in the first half of 2021 increased by 26.8% to 53.5 billion rubles. Revenue increased by 18.8% to 566.2 billion rubles, EBITDA - by 31.7% to 80.9 billion rubles. Total assets increased by 5.1% to RUB 909.6 billion. Capital increased by 6.3% to RUB 655.1 billion. The volume of loans and borrowings increased by 12 billion rubles and reached 15.1 billion rubles. 

Inter RAO's RAS net profit for 9 months of 2021 increased by 26.3% to RUB 14.7 billion from RUB 11.6 billion a year earlier. Revenue increased 2.6 times to 54.7 billion rubles from 20.9 billion rubles, gross profit - 4.2 times to 20.4 billion rubles from 4.8 billion rubles.
