Net profit of Ozon Pharmaceuticals under IFRS for 2025 increased by 34% to RUB 6.17 billion from RUB 4.6 billion a year earlier. Such data is provided by the company.
Revenue increased by 24% to 31.59 billion rubles from 25.56 billion rubles, gross profit – by 29% to 15.07 billion rubles from 11.7 billion rubles, adjusted EBITDA – by 28% to 12.18 billion rubles from 9.48 billion rubles.
The volume of capital investments decreased by 7% to RUB 4 billion. Investments include registration of chemical pharmaceuticals and biologics (2 billion rubles), construction and purchase of equipment for Ozon Medica (1.1 billion rubles) and Mabscale (262 million rubles), as well as purchase of equipment and maintenance at other plants of the group (593 million rubles). Reduction of capital expenditures is associated with the planned a decrease in the amount of investments in the purchase of equipment at Mabscale and Ozon Medica enterprises compared to 2024, as well as the strengthening of the ruble exchange rate.
In 2025, Ozon Pharmaceuticals implemented an SPO deal and a subsequent additional share issue, under which the company raised about 2.9 billion rubles. The funds raised are aimed at implementing a growth strategy, including developing a portfolio of high-tech drugs and launching new production facilities.
In the reporting period, the Board of Directors approved the sale of the company's quasi-treasury shares. The management plans to gradually sell the shares to the market by the end of 2026.
