Net sales of foreign currency by 29 companies from among the largest Russian exporters in November 2025 amounted to $6.9 billion, a decrease of 17% compared to the previous month amid lower oil prices. This is reported in the materials of the Bank of Russia.
The total demand for foreign currency from legal entities, excluding banks, mainly importers, decreased to 2.2 trillion rubles in November from 2.6 trillion rubles.
Individuals purchased foreign currency for 148.8 billion rubles in November (in October – for 158.6 billion rubles). Since the beginning of the year, individuals have bought 1.07 trillion rubles worth of foreign currency (a year ago – 1.04 trillion rubles).
