New business in the Europlan passenger segment decreased by 49% in 2025

New business in the passenger segment of PJSC LC Europlan (part of the Alfa-Bank Group) in 2025 decreased by 49% compared to the same period of the previous year and amounted to 43 billion rubles. This is stated in the company's message.

LADA, Voyah, and Geely became the sales leaders in the passenger segment. In the segments of commercial vehicles and self-propelled vehicles, new business amounted to 47 billion rubles (-60%) and 15 billion rubles (-57%), respectively. In the segment of commercial vehicles, the first lines in sales were occupied by brands — GAZ, KAMAZ, LADA. LGCE, Liugong and XCMG have become leaders in the self-propelled equipment segment.

From January to December 2025, the company purchased and leased about 30 thousand units of vehicles and equipment (-49%) in the amount of 105.5 billion rubles, including VAT (-56%). The total number of leasing transactions in the entire history of the company is about 712 thousand.

In December 2025, Europlan paid final dividends for 9 months of 2025 in the amount of 6.96 billion rubles, which is 58 rubles per ordinary share. The total amount of dividends paid to shareholders in 2025 amounted to 10.44 billion rubles. or 87 rubles per ordinary share.

Alfa-Bank has completed the acquisition of 87.5% of shares of PJSC LC Europlan.

LC Europlan (SFI asset) is a Russian non—governmental car leasing company. It provides a full range of services for leasing and further operation of passenger cars, trucks, commercial vehicles, as well as special equipment.

Europlan's net profit under IFRS for the first 9 months of 2025 fell almost 4 times to 2.9 billion rubles from 11.3 billion rubles a year earlier.
