NOVATEK has closed the book of applications for the purchase of the issue of ruble exchange-traded bonds for 30 billion rubles. Three-year bonds with a nominal value of 1 thousand rubles were placed on the Moscow Exchange. This is stated in the company's message.
Coupon income on them in the amount of 9.1% per annum will be paid once a quarter.
Investors showed increased interest in the placement of bonds: the total demand amounted to about 80 billion rubles. The settlement of the transaction will take place today, May 23, 2023, at the Moscow Exchange. The organizers of the bond issue were Gazprombank and Rosselkhoznadzor.
