NOVATEK increased its hydrocarbon production by 1% in the first quarter%

In the first quarter of 2025, NOVATEK increased its hydrocarbon production by 1% to 169.1 million barrels of oil equivalent compared to a year earlier. In particular, 21.35 billion cubic meters of natural gas and 3.48 million tons of liquid hydrocarbons (gas condensate and oil) were produced. This is stated in the company's message.

The total volume of natural gas sales, including LNG, increased by 0.1% to 21.48 billion cubic meters.

The volume of deethanized gas condensate processing increased by 1.9% and amounted to 3.4 million tons. The volume of stable gas condensate processing increased by 59.9% to 2.2 million tons.

Total sales of liquid hydrocarbons increased by 5.4% to 4.5 million tons.

As of March 31, 2025, 0.2 billion cubic meters of gas, including LNG, as well as 1.7 million tons of stable gas condensate and its processed products were recorded as "finished product residues" and "goods in transit" in reserves.

PJSC NOVATEK is an independent producer of natural gas in Russia. Established in 1994, the company is engaged in the exploration, production, processing and sale of gas and liquid hydrocarbons. NOVATEK's fields and licensed areas are located primarily in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

The normalized profit attributable to the shareholders of PJSC NOVATEK, excluding the effect of exchange differences, amounted to 553.4 billion rubles in 2024, which is 4.6% higher than in 2023. Revenue from sales and normalized EBITDA, including the share of joint ventures in EBITDA, amounted to 1.546 trillion rubles and 1.008 trillion rubles, respectively, an increase of 12.7% and 13.2%.
