OGK-2's IFRS profit for the first half of 2026 fell by 29.2% to RUB 1.469 billion from RUB 2.075 billion a year earlier. This was announced by the company.
Revenue increased by 19.3% to 95.408 billion rubles from 79.997 billion rubles, operating profit increased by 92.5% to 3.442 billion rubles from 1.788 billion rubles, EBITDA increased by 13.2% to 9.435 billion rubles from 8.338 billion rubles. Operating expenses increased by 17.6% to 91.877 billion rubles from 78.103 billion rubles.
OGK-2 PJSC is an electric generating company with 13 branches: Surgutskaya GRES-1, Ryazanskaya GRES, Kirishskaya GRES, Stavropol GRES, Novocherkasskaya GRES, Troitskaya GRES, Cherepovetskaya GRES, Serovskaya GRES, Pskovskaya GRES, Adler TPP, Grozenskaya TPP, Svobodnenskaya TPP and Yuzhno-Yakutskaya TPP.
The controlling shareholder of the company is Gazprom Energoholding LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Gazprom PJSC).
OGK-2's RAS net profit for the first half of 2026 increased by 27.3% to RUB 1.9 billion from RUB 1.5 billion a year earlier. Revenue increased by 19.3% to 95.3 billion rubles from 79.9 billion rubles. Gross profit increased by 3.8% to 4.54 billion rubles from 4.37 billion rubles, EBITDA increased by 25.4% to 9.84 billion rubles from 7.8 billion rubles. The debt owed to shareholders for the payment of income as of June 30 amounted to 66.035 million rubles.
