OMET to supply Arkhbum Tissue Group with table napkin production line

As part of completing the first stage of the investment program to expand the product range of Arkhbum Tissue Group LLC (located at the Vorsino industrial park in Kaluga region and operating as part of Pulp Mill Holding Group) plans to start installation of a new production line for OMET table napkins (Italy) worth a total of EUR 2 million this November, the company informed.

The table napkin production equipment will include one converting line, an single-unit packer, a multiple-unit packer, as well as a robotic palletizer.

The production capacity of this line will be 150 tonnes or 150 million napkins per month.

The launch of the third converting line is scheduled for March-April 2021.

To recap, the capacity of the two existing converting lines exceeds 600 million standard toilet rolls and paper towels per year.

Archbum Tissue Group LLC (Vorsino industrial park, Kaluga region) is the largest investment project of JSC Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill. Its cost is estimated at RUB 11.5 billion.

JSC Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill established 1940 is one of Russia's and Europe's leading timber and chemical enterprises. The company specializes in the manufacture of cardboard and marketable cellulose, paper and stationery items. Its sole shareholder is Austria's Pulp Mill Holding GmbH.
