IFRS net profit of Otkritie Group for the first half of 2020 amounted to RUB 14.8 billion, the bank reported.
The group's total capital adequacy ratio (Basel III) reached 14.7% as of June 30, 2020 (12.8% at the end of 2019). The group's regulatory capital was RUB 383 billion on the same date (RUB 320 billion as of December 31, 2019).
Total assets of Otkritie Banking Group went up 3% year-on-year to RUB 3,373 billion.
Otkritie Bank is a universal commercial bank operating in the financial market since 1992. Otkritie Bank was formed resulting from the merger of more than 10 banks of different scale, including federal-scale Nomos-Bank, Bank of Khanty-Mansiysk and Petrocommerce Bank. Net profit of Otkritie Bank for the first half of 2020 amounted to RUB 23.9 billion.
