Ozon Pharmaceuticals has approved a new version of its dividend policy. This is stated in the company's message.

The dividend policy is based on the principles of a reasonable approach to capital structure management and is aimed at ensuring financial stability and financial ability to ensure long-term development and sustainability of the company regardless of the market cycle.

The new version of the dividend policy clarified the approach to determining the target amount of dividends. The adjusted net debt indicator has been introduced, which includes debt on non-recourse factoring. The criterion of free cash flow (FCF) has been eliminated, which provides greater flexibility in making decisions on capital allocation. The dynamics of FCF over a given period does not always fully reflect the profitability of the company and its financial stability. The debt load ranges have become more detailed and are set in 0.5x increments, which makes it possible to more accurately take into account the financial situation of the group when determining the amount of payments.

The amount of dividends based on the results of each reporting period is determined based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors and approved by the general meeting of shareholders in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
