The company's revenues from the advertising platform for sellers have tripled again and exceeded 10 billion rubles.

Adjusted EBITDA reached RUB 8 billion. Active buyers have increased by almost a third – 37 million users compared to 28.7 million a year earlier.

Ozon is a multicategory e—commerce platform. The site presents more than 150 million product names in 20 categories.

Ozon's revenue for 2022 increased by 55% to 277.1 billion compared to a year earlier. Advertising revenue increased 2.8 times to 26.3 billion rubles. GMV, including services, increased by 86% to 832.2 billion rubles. The number of active buyers increased by 9.6 million to 35.2 million. The number of active sellers at the end of 2022 increased by more than 2.5 times and exceeded 232 thousand. The number of orders more than doubled and amounted to 465 million.
