Partial mobilization has been announced in Russia since September 21, 2022. The decree has been signed, the Kremlin reports.
Only citizens who are currently in reserve and, above all, those who have served in the ranks of the Armed Forces, have certain military accounting specialties and relevant experience will be subject to conscription for military service.
