LLC Pension Energetik became the property of the Federal Agency for State Property Management. Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the information system HONEST BUSINESS.
Prior to that, the boarding house belonged to the Cyprus offshore company Hillestrato Investments Limited, which is associated with the former Minister of open government Mikhail Abyzov.
The pension is located on the banks of the Volga River, not far from the Zavidovo government residence. The boarding house was built by the USSR Ministry of Energy on the territory of the Konakovsky district in the 60-80-ies of the last century. Initially, the boarding house had several dormitories, an indoor swimming pool and sports facilities. The boarding house has been closed since 2009. In 2019, some of the buildings were demolished. The legal entity Boarding House Energetik LLC is consistently unprofitable, the accumulated loss in recent years has amounted to 70 million rubles.
