In the first 9 months of 2024, enterprises in the Moscow region increased the production of pet food by 11.1% to 316.6 thousand tons compared to the same period in 2023. This was announced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Ministry of Defense.
Regional enterprises have produced over 47% of the total volume of finished feed for unproductive animals produced in the Central Federal District. They also produced more than 31% of the total Russian volume.
