The Board of Directors of PGK JSC recommended that the sole shareholder pay (declare) dividends from undistributed net profit of previous years, formed on December 31, 2024 and confirmed by PGK's accounting statements on December 31, 2025, in the amount of 4.499 billion rubles at the rate of 21.5316834560329 rubles per ordinary share.
