The Board of Directors of PhosAgro reviewed information on financial results for the first half of 2024, including interim consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, and recommended to the extraordinary meeting of shareholders to approve dividend payments based on the results of the half-year in the amount of 117 rubles per ordinary share. This is stated in the company's message.

The Board of Directors recommended setting September 22, 2024 as the closing date of the register for receiving dividends. The extraordinary meeting of shareholders, which will consider this issue, will be held on September 11, 2024 in absentia.

Earlier, PhosAgro's board of directors proposed three options for paying dividends.

Earlier, the shareholders also decided to approve the distribution of profits, including the payment of dividends, based on the results of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024. The shareholders approved the decision to pay dividends at the rate of RUB 309 per ordinary share.

Revenue increased by 13.5% to RUB 241.56 billion from RUB 212.75 billion. Adjusted net profit amounted to RUB 40.6 billion against RUB 55.77 billion. EBITDA decreased by 22.7% to RUB 75.59 billion from RUB 96.52 billion.
