PREMIER acquires rights to Soyuzmultfilm content

The PREMIER video service (part of Gazprom-Media Holding) and the Soyuzmultfilm animated film studio have signed an agreement envisaging the acquisition of exclusive digital rights to broadcast a significant part of the studio's animated films on the PREMIER platform, the holding informed.

The package of license agreements covers 1,145 animated films accounting for more than 76% of Soyuzmultfilm entire content library.

Soyuzmultfilm studio is a Soviet and Russian state-run animated film studio established on June 10, 1936. During its existence it has released about 1,500 films representing various genres and art techniques.
