The Federal Agency for State Property Management became the owner of LLC CB "Eco-Invest" (Commercial Bank "Eco-Invest"). Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the KonturFocus information system.
The bank was seized from the owners (Yuri Shelyapin, Olga Shelyapina and Olga Yartseva) at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office in the framework of the corruption scheme involving the property of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation.
CB Eco-Invest is one of the three smallest Russian banks. In terms of assets, it ranks 317th among 318 operating banks. In 2025, the bank received its main income from the placement of funds in credit institutions. In total, the bank's net income amounted to 72 million rubles, net profit 10 million rubles.
