Producer prices of industrial products in the Russian Federation in February 2025 increased by 0.9% compared to January. Prices have increased by 1.4% since the beginning of the year. This was reported by Rosstat.
In mining, prices increased by 2.1% in February, and by 3.9% since the beginning of the year. In manufacturing, prices increased by 0.5% (+0.9%) in February. In the field of electricity, gas and steam supply, prices increased by 1.3% (-0.1%) in February.
In January, prices for mining and supplies to the domestic market increased: uranium ores and concentrates by 36.2%, ores and concentrates of other non-ferrous metals not included in other groupings by 24.6%, services for the installation, repair and dismantling of drilling rigs and related services for the extraction of oil and combustible natural gas – by 10.1%.
In January, prices for the production of plastics in primary forms performed by a subcontractor increased by 22.7%, turpentine – by 19.2%, sulfuric acid – by 18.8%, oral and dental hygiene products – by 18.3%, detergents – by 15%, sealants – by 12.7%, acid acetic acid – by 12.5%, liquid toilet soap – by 10.6%. Perfumes and toilet water fell in price by 18%, butadiene rubbers – by 16.3%, fungicides – by 11%.
