The company "Promising Investments" became the owner of 51% of LLC "Specialized Developer (SZ) "Grad Plaza", which owns the rights to 2.9 hectares on the street Lobachevsky in the south-west of Moscow. The deal was closed on October 10, 2024, Vedomosti writes.
On the site itself, the Grad development company of businessmen Igor Rubiner and Denis Krotov planned to build 143.24 thousand square meters of real estate, of which 134.9 thousand square meters were housing, the rest was a sports and recreation complex and household facilities. The shares of entrepreneurs in this firm have now decreased collectively to 41.6%, with another 7.4% transferred to their partner Alexey Filatkin.
The current owners of the "Promising Investments" are now hidden. But its reporting for 2022 says that at that time it was part of the Sberbank group. Two consultants who worked with her assure that the financial institution is still the owner of the company. They draw attention to the fact that its CEO Andrey Likhachev is also the head of Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye JSC, which is building a whole city of Sberbank on 4 million square meters on 461 hectares in the west of Moscow, including 2.5 million square meters.
