PSB has closed a deal to acquire a stake in Kama JSC. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The size of the bank's stake was 16.98%, with a value of 9.999 billion rubles.
JSC Kama is a Russian manufacturer of the Atom electric vehicle.
PSB is a universal Russian bank, one of the ten largest banks in the country, as well as in the list of systemically important credit institutions approved by the Central Bank. PSB is the main bank for operations on state defense orders and government contracts.
