PSB and Perspektiva LLC, a 100% subsidiary of Sheremetyevo International Airport JSC, signed a purchase and sale agreement for 100% of the authorized capital of DME Holding LLC and a number of other organizations that manage the Domodedovo Airport property complex. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The amount of the transaction amounted to more than 66.1 billion rubles, the money will be transferred to the state budget within five working days. The transfer of property and registration of ownership rights are carried out within thirty calendar days after the date of payment of the property.
The implementation of Domodedovo Airport was carried out on January 29, 2026 for sale through a public offering. PSB acted as the organizer of the auction and the seller.
