PUNKT E acquired the international operator business Sitronics Electro from Sitronics Group. This is stated in the message of PUNKT E.
The combined network will exceed 1.6 thousand charging stations in more than 60 regions of Russia and two CIS countries.
The Sitronics Group in the field of electric mobility will focus on the development and production of charging equipment, from individual stations to ultrafast electric charging stations for public electric transport.
The EHS operator network, mobile application, monitoring and dispatching systems for electric vehicles, as well as the business of designing and building charging hubs for public and commercial transport are being transferred to PUNKT E.
At the first stage, the current operating conditions of the service will be maintained for Sitronics Electro users. The integration of infrastructure and digital solutions will be carried out in stages based on the PUNKT E platform, in the mobile application of which it is already possible to charge at Sitronics charging stations thanks to the concluded roaming agreement.
As part of the deal, teams and business processes will be integrated. Andrey Gurlenov will take the position of Director of Infrastructure Business of the united company, he will oversee the infrastructure business and international development.
The financial advisor to PUNKT E on the transaction was the investment bank Advance Capital.

Sitronics Electro charging stations are available in 54 regions of Russia, as well as in Armenia and Kyrgyzstan, and about 88 thousand users are registered in the operator's application.
Since 2019, PUNKT E has been developing a federal network with more than 1,000 stations in 61 regions, including managed and roaming stations. The user base exceeds 120 thousand users. The company is also developing a franchise partnership and implementing charging infrastructure solutions for residential and commercial real estate.
