The rating agency "Expert RA" assigned the creditworthiness rating of the non-financial company PJSC "PhosAgro" at the level of GIAA. The rating forecast is stable. This is stated in the agency's message.
PhosAgro Group is one of the world's leading producers of phosphorus-based mineral fertilizers, as well as nitrogen and compound fertilizers. PJSC PhosAgro is the parent consolidating company for the mining, production assets and distribution segment of the PhosAgro Group. The key processing asset of the Group is Apatit JSC in Cherepovets together with the Balakovo and Volkhov branches. The extraction of phosphate raw materials is carried out in the city of Kirovsk in the Murmansk region.
According to the consolidated financial statements of PJSC PhosAgro under IFRS, the company's assets at the reporting date amounted to 455.6 billion rubles, the capital amounted to 197.7 billion rubles. Revenue for 2022 amounted to 569.5 billion rubles, net profit – 175.3 billion rubles.
