The Volga branch of the RAD has put up for sale 6 (six) adjacent land plots with a total area of 1.78 hectares in Avtozavodsky district of Tolyatti. The plots are intended for multi-storey residential buildings and are sold as a single lot, RAD said.
The auction will take place on May 26 at the ETP RAD Lot-online in the form of an open auction. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until May 21. The initial price of the asset is 200 million rubles.
Urban planning regulations allow the construction of a comfort or business class residential complex above 9 floors here.
