The Russian Auction House, on behalf of the St. Petersburg City Property Management Committee, will hold an auction for the sale of a former industrial and warehouse complex in the Krasnogvardeysky district. This was announced by the RADA.
The lot includes a 1.1—hectare plot of land with a type of permitted use — for industrial activities - and a building built in 1959 with an area of 1.49 thousand square meters. m. The condition of the building is assessed as unsatisfactory, engineering communications are lost.
The facility is located at 10 Partizanskaya Street, letter A. The auction for the promotion will be held on September 2 at the ETP RAD. The initial price is 150 million rubles.
The Parliament noted that more than 50 industries are concentrated in the Krasnogvardeysky district, and vacant plots of 1 hectare or more are in short supply. The site can be used as a workshop, warehouse, or logistics facility in the Light Industrial format.
