A Russian auction house is selling a plot of land in the historical center of Vladivostok (Arsenyeva 11). This was announced by the RADA.
The best use is for the construction of an elite clubhouse, the report says. The cost of the plot is 190 million rubles.
According to the PPR, the territory belongs to the OD-12 zone, for housing residential and administrative buildings. The maximum height is up to 25 m, depending on the type of building. At the moment, there is a paid surface parking on the site.
